Meet The Team
The firm’s Director/ Principal, Alice Nie, who was born in China and educated both in China and New Zealand. Alice has obtained double Law degrees both in Beijing, China in 1995 and from the University of Auckland in 2006.
Alice has practiced in China for seven years as a senior inhouse corporate lawyer for a commercial bank and she has obtained the valuable experiences in relation to companies banking and financing.
After migrating to New Zealand with her family, she studied and graduated from University of Auckland. Alice has worked in a few local law firms and then decided to specialise in property law area. She founded her own firm in 2009.
Alice focused on providing individual clients best affordable legal services which are key to their day-to-day work and life. She helps hardworking parents to protect family assets, helps young families to develop business and increase wealthy. Alice has also advised many small to medium size land developing, construction business in relation to their property related issues, co-development, joint venture agreements etc. She is specialised in property law, conveyancing, land subdivision new title application, family trust and estate planning.
Alice is fluent in both English and Mandarin, in her free time, she enjoys reading, outdoor activities, gym exercises and learning to play tennis in local clubs.
